男,1983出生,現(xiàn)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院紫金山天文臺(tái)高級(jí)工程師。2006年和2008年于南京理工大學(xué)電子工程與光電技術(shù)學(xué)院獲工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位和工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2012年于東南大學(xué)信息科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2012年至2013年于華為技術(shù)有限公司擔(dān)任研究工程師,2014年至今在紫金山天文臺(tái)工作,歷任助理研究員、高級(jí)工程師。研究方向?yàn)榭臻g高能探測(cè)技術(shù),目前重點(diǎn)研究半導(dǎo)體探測(cè)器技術(shù),包括探測(cè)器設(shè)計(jì)和建模、電子學(xué)讀出、半導(dǎo)體封裝測(cè)試、數(shù)據(jù)處理等方面。主持并參與多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目,發(fā)表論文十余篇。
